Policies

Your appointment is especially reserved for you so it is important you kindly adhere to our policies to ensure the smooth running of our salon. To book an appointment or make an enquiry, please call Emporium on 01642 500276 or 075 4444 3999 or book online.  Thank you.

DEPOSITS

To secure your booking, we ask all clients to pay a deposit of 25% of the cost of your treatment.  This deposit will be taken at the time of booking your appointment.  The sum will be taken off your bill when you pay.  If you give us at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation, we will refund your deposit in full.  Your deposit will also be fully refunded if, for any reason, we are unable to provide you with your chosen treatment.   

CANCELLATIONS

We ask all clients to give us at least 48 hours' notice or two working days' notice if you have to cancel, alter or rearrange your appointment. Please call us as soon as you know you will be unable to attend.  If you fail to provide enough notice, we reserve the right to retain your 25% deposit.  We may also ask you to pay in full prior to any future appointments. Of course, we do understand that life can sometimes be unexpectedly turned upside down and we will do our utmost to be understanding and sympathetic if you have to cancel your appointment. 

LATE ARRIVALS

Please let us know if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment. We will always do our best to fit you in but if you are later than 15 minutes we may need to shorten your treatment time to fit you in.  Some treatments may have to be rescheduled if they cannot be completed within the time left for your service.  We may request pre-payment for services if you have been late for several appointments.
